A few things to know
Do I need to join a video call?
No. Your analysis is completed using your questionnaire and photographs, so there’s no call to schedule.
What photos will I need?
One to three clear, front-facing assessment photos in natural daylight, with your hair back and no makeup, fake tan or filters. You’ll also upload one everyday photo showing your usual look. The questionnaire includes the full photo guide.
What if my photos need retaking?
Nina checks your photos before beginning and will let you know if the lighting or angle needs adjusting.
What’s included in the price?
